Copy of application letter written by the inviting company to the Main Department for immigration and Nationality Affairs of Ethiopia.

Copy of Invitation letter (Invitation letter should mention details of Conference briefly such as Conference name, Start date, End date & Venue).

PROCESSING TIME
The Normal processing time is 02-03 Ethiopian Working Days except for Saturday, Sunday and any Ethiopian Holidays. However it may take some more time if it is pending with the Security Department.
