ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR TUNISIA VISA

1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Tunisia Visa.
2. Person wishes to travel to Tunisia for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through VT Travel. Person who seeks employment in Tunisia is not eligible to apply through VT Travel.
3. Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to Tunisia. VT Travel also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Tourist :

1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months from the date of travel and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
   a) Copy of Passport
   b) Attach all your old passports (if any)
2. Tunisia Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed.
3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
   Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
4. Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia, New Delhi.
   Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
5. Financial:
   a) Bank statement for the last six months with bank seal and stamp.
6. Accommodation Proof: Hotel confirmation receipt is required stating applicant's name along with the check in & check out dates. The hotel confirmation should be directly faxed (011-26145301) to the Embassy and a copy of the same has to be submitted along with the application.
7. Ticket: Confirmed Round trip Air Ticket (Mandatory)
8. Please Note:
   a) Copy of certified identity document with applicant’s photo.(ID card or Driver license)
   b) The application should be submitted before ten days of departure
   c) One set copy of all documents is require
   d) All the documents including passport copy need to be scanned & send through E-mail (tunisiaembassy@airtelmail.in) to the embassy and once embassy will receive the same, the documents can be submitted physically in the embassy for visa processing. It is advisable that e-mail is done a day prior from the date of submission.
9. NOTE- Please be informed that Indian nationals seeking Tunisia Visa for tourism purpose can also avail visa on arrival. Traveler has to carry below carry below documents,
   a) Valid Passport (at least 6 months from date of travel) along with photocopy of passport.
   b) Confirmed hotel booking.
   c) Confirmed round trip Air Ticket. Validity of the visa will be at the discretion of Immigration officer.
Business :

1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months from the date of travel and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping.

   c) Handwritten passports and passports with any manual observations will not be accepted.
   d) Passport issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted.

The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia, New Delhi.
5. Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Tunisia host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating applicant's name, passport number, the purpose of visit and duration of travel. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory along with the company stamp. The letter should be faxed directly to the embassy and a copy to us.
6. Recommendation Letter through recognised Chamber of Commerce in India.
7. Financial:
   a) Original bank statement of last three months of the company with bank seal and signature.
   b) Original bank statement of last three months of the aplicant with bank seal and signature.
8. Ticket: Confirmed Round trip Air Ticket (Mandatory)
9. Accommodation Proof: Hotel confirmation receipt is required stating applicant's name along with the check in & check out dates.
10. Please Note:
   a) The application should be submitted at least ten working days before the date of departure.
   b) One set copy of all documents is required.
   c) All the documents including passport copy need to be scanned & send through E-mail (tunisiaembassy@airtelmail.in) to the embassy and once embassy will receive the same, the documents can be submitted physically in the embassy for visa processing. It is advisable that e-mail is done a day prior from the date of submission.

PROCESSING TIME

Incase of pax more than one all the documents including covering letter, invitation and letter from chamber of commerce should be separate for every pax

IMPORTANT POINTS FOR FAST TRACK VISAS

Front and back page of the passport, Visas (Schengen, US, UK etc.) and entire set of documents need to be scanned, labelled, zipped and mailed to the embassy at embassy’s email ID (tunisiaembassy@airtelmail.in) along with the hardcopy documents.
