1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Uganda Visa online.
2. Person wishes to travel to Uganda for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through VT Travel. Person who seeks employment in Uganda is not eligible to apply through VT Travel.
3. We suggest applicants to carry Travel Insurance while travelling to Uganda. VT Travel also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at additional cost.
1. Clear colored Front and Last full page of Valid Indian passport copies with minimum validity of six months.
2. Color Photo - Specification 35 mm X 50 mm, 65% to 70% face cover with both the ears visible, no border, taken within 06 months, white back ground, only Studio photos accepted, scanned photos not acceptable.
3. Hotel Confirmation Voucher.

6. Invitation letter from the Invitee company required, if travelling for Business purpose.

PROCESSING TIME
The Normal processing time is 02-03 Uganda Working Days except for Saturday, Sunday and any Uganda Holidays. However it may take some more time if approval is pending with the Security Department.
