1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Rwanda Visa.
2. Person wishes to travel to Rwanda for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through VT Travel. Person who seeks employment in Rwanda is not eligible to apply through VT Travel.
3. We suggest applicants to carry Travel Insurance while travelling to Rwanda. VT Travel also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.
1. Clear Colored Front and Last full page of Valid Indian passport copies with minimum validity of six months.
2. Color Photo - Specification 35 mm X 45 mm, 65% to 70% face cover with both the ears visible & white back ground.
3. Hotel Confirmation Voucher. In case of Conference visa (i.e. if travelling for conference, meeting, workshop or seminar), need Invitation letter from the inviting company.
4. Confirm Airline Tickets.
5. Applicant Mobile number, current Profession/Occupation details required.

The Normal processing time is 03-04 Rwanda Working Days except for Saturday, Sunday and any Rwanda Holidays. However it may take some more time if it is pending with the Security Department.
Visa Exempt Countries:
Below is the list of countries that DO NOT require visas to visit Rwanda. Please note that all must hold a passport valid for at least six months.
Burundi , Democratic Republic of Congo, Germany, Hong Kong, Kenya, South Africa, Sweden, Singapore, Uganda, United Kingdom & United States of America.
- Saturday and Sunday are considered as non-working days for Rwanda.
- We do not provide Work/ Job / Employment visas.

Explore the Volcanoes National Park -
Rwanda rainforest have one of the most endangered but incredible animals on the planet, who also happen to be our closest relatives. One of the most famous thing to do when in Rwanda is trek into the Volcanoes National Park and see gorillas who live there in large population. Hike at the Nyungwe Forest -
Nyungwe Forest is one of the best places to visit and experience chimpanzees in the wild. The scenic beauty includes canopy walks and waterfall hikes, many bird and butterfly species to look at too. There are 13 beautiful hikes in this park meant for visitors with good level of fitness.
Chill by the Lake Kivu -
Lake Kivu is one of the greatest lakes in Africa famous for its boat rides. Through these boat rides the visitors can visit the small islands located in the lake. Lake Kivu is a must visit attraction for tourist who like to sit and chill by the waters or enjoy having a dip in the waters.
Visit the King’s Palace Museum-
This is one of the most fascinating museums and a good place to visit when in Rwanda. It exhibits less about the ancient history and more about the royal residences which attracts visitors. Visitors can take a tour of the palace by purchasing a ticket and experience the royal look and feel of palace from inside.
