Day 1:Stockholm


Welcome to Stockholm! Spreading idyllically across a Baltic Sea archipelago of fourteen islands, it’s easy to see why the Swedish capital of Stockholm has acquired the nickname “Venice of the north”. Stockholm city has an abundance of charm, history and tradition. This urban and trendy city will impress you with its interesting museums and castles. On arrival in Stockholm, transfer (on own) from Airport to Hotel. Complete Check-In formalities and relax or explore this beautiful city on your own.


Day 2:Stockholm


After breakfast, we head for a 75 minutes sightseeing tour by a luxurious bus, including Stockholm’s most famous sights. Through this tour you will get to know Stockholm and its history by passing the must-see attractions such as the City Hall, the Royal Palace, Östermalm, Gamla Stan (Old Town), Långholmen and the Royal Djurgården. Guiding is done by individual headphones.


Day 3:Abisko


Step aboard a boat from the turn of the last century and take a trip to the pearl of Lake Mälaren, Drottningholm Palace, the residence of the Swedish royal family. Drottningholm is set in luxuriant landscaped grounds and Drottningholm Palace Theatre is a piece of genuine Swedish cultural history, the Chinese Pavilion a work of art constructed by the hands of master craftsmen. In the evening, depart by overnight train from Stockholm to Abisko. Overnight on-board the train in a private sleeping compartment.


Day 4:Abisko


Arrival in Abisko, considered to be one of the last true wilderness areas of Europe. Get off the train and take in the unspoiled mountain scenery. On arrival in Abisko, transfer (on own) to your hotel in Abisko. Dinner & Overnight accommodation will be in Abisko.


Day 5:Abisko


Breakfast at the hotel. The rest of the day is yours to explore the breath-taking nature around you. Why not put on your walking boots and go for a hike into the National Park. In the evening, we proceed to enjoy the Northern Lights at Aurora Sky Station (from Nov 19 to Mar 20). The night visit starts with a beautiful chairlift ride up to the Aurora Sky Station. Your eyes will gradually get used to the completely dark skies and soon you will see more stars than ever before. At the top, you can join a guided tour which is included in the excursion.


Day 6:Jukkasjärvi


Breakfast at the hotel and take the train to Kiruna.

Transfer from the railway station in to the world famous Icehotel 365 located in the village of Jukkasjärvi. The rest of the day is at leisure in this unique and breathtaking area. Tonight you will experience a night in the Icehotel 365. All Art Suites have an individual theme and are hand carved by artists from all over the world. In thermal sleeping bags on a special bed built of snow and ice and on reindeer skins you will get a good night’s sleep in the minus degrees. Your accommodation for tonight will be in Art Suite.


Day 7:Jukkasjärvi


This morning you are awakened with a cup of hot lingon berry juice at your bedside. Breakfast buffet with morning sauna and towels are included. Your day is at leisure to simply enjoy your surroundings or book an activity as per your preference. Overnight stay will be in Kaamos Room (warm accommodation) at Icehotel.


Day 8:Jukkasjärvi


After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight home. We hope you really had a good time in Sweden.
